送纸部分采用抽纸皮带进行底部抽纸，去除离合控制方式。以此实现不停机连续加纸，间断式皮带输送采用伺服控制，根据纸张长短可调整间断输送长短，多条输送皮带都装有齿轮和齿条装置，可调整皮带的左右位置。

印胶部分采用柔性模版印胶，模版形状可根据产品需要刻制。安装模版的辊刻有基准线，安装模版需准确、方便、快捷，印胶左右位置可随意调整，前后位置调整采用正位调整器调整，可不停机调整印胶的前后左右位置。

贴膜部分采用伺服调速装置，由电脑直接输入调整，能保证不停机调整膜的长短。采用辊刀自动裁切膜的长短；自动压出膜的锯齿线，自动分切膜的开口，采用吸气管辊将膜吸贴到纸盒上，可不停机调整膜前后左右位置。
