槽型皮带机

槽型皮带机广泛应用在电力、钢铁、采矿、港口、考古挖掘以及水泥、粮食、饲料加工业，可以输送煤炭、矿石、泥土、化工原料、谷物等比重较大的散料，适合于比较恶劣的生产环境，具有耐脏、耐磨、防灰尘等功能。

输送皮带采用多层橡胶带，带宽500mm/650mm/800mm/1000mm/1200mm/1400mm。工作面皮带由三个滚筒组成的槽型托滚架承托，回带由平托滚承托。槽型皮带机配有防止皮带跑偏的槽型和平行调心滚筒，弹簧清扫器和空段清扫器。槽型皮带机可以实现25度的倾斜提升输送，支架采用国标槽钢和角钢制作。
