大型立式混料机,采用螺旋搅拌工作之原理,将投入投料斗中的物料通过螺旋主轴翰送到桶体上端,再以伞状形落下且一直持续循环搅拌,从而达到混合均匀的目的。
大型立式混料机具有:自动运转时、过载保护、加料限位报警等功能:并有占地少、容量大、耗电低、省人工、操作方便、混合快捷均匀等特点。可广泛应用于:塑胶粒料、粉碎料、塑胶片料、塑胶新旧料及添加色母搅拌均化等用途。

Auger working principle is adopted to LC Senes of Large-capacity Vertical Mixer. Firstly feed the product into the Hopper then the Auger conveys the produst to the top of the barrel, then the product drops as scatterring about simultaneously keep mixing therefore to have the product mixed well.
