RJLG20-25 series flue heating asphalt storage container is suitable for storing asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, PMB solution and heavy fuel. The design standards are GB/T 16563-1996 and ISO1496-3：1995. The dimension for 20FT container is: L=6058mm，W=2438 mm，H=2591 mm, the rated capacity is 25000L, the curb weight is 4700 kg and the gross mass is 29200 kg. The working pressure is 0.09Mpa and the working temperature is 250℃.

20FT储存罐式集装箱罐体采用高品质隔热保温外壳并配备柴油燃烧器烟道加热管，可以使用燃烧器或其他加热器喷火加热沥青。配备防冒液呼吸阀、防老化顶置充氮阀、温度表、温度感应器、容量计、沥青检测阀，并预留进料口接口法兰、高位及高高位报警接口法兰、搅拌器预留孔法兰和输出沥青的卸料口法兰。该箱采用外挂式燃烧器加热结构并设置加热器控制箱（所需电力220V 50Hz、柴油储存桶用户自备）。框架采用矩形结构钢材，质量轻强度大。适合于沥青的储存和改性生产，是沥青生产、改性移动工厂的理想设备。

20FT asphalt storage container adopts high quality heat-insulation shell and diesel burner flue heating pipe that can use burners or other heaters to heat the asphalt. The container is equipped with anti-puffing pressure vent valve, anti-aging overhead nitrogen valve, thermometer, volumeter, asphalt sensing valve, reserved charge hole interface flange, high-level and super-high level alarm interface flange, flange at prepared mixer hole and flange at output asphalt discharge hole. The container adopts suspended burner heating structure and heater control cabinet （the needed power supply is 220V 50Hz, users should provide diesel oil storage barrel by themselves）. The frame is made of high quality soft steel, which is strong yet light in weight. It is suitable for asphalt storage and modified production and is ideal equipment for asphalt production and modified factory.
