该门主要由侧导轨，活动导轨固定架，活动导轨提升葫芦，下过梁，布帘固定架，保距带，强韧PVC布帘，布帘配重杆，导向轮，提升钢丝绳，滑轮，卷筒，减速机，下密封，侧密封，光电开关，批示灯，蜂鸣报警器，控制箱，限位开关等部件组成。其中侧导轨，活动导轨采用优质型钢座骨架，LY12铝合金型材作导轨，强度高，重量轻，便于和门洞钢结构接口。

安全可靠性Security reliability

1、门体开启到位后，活动导轨运行到水平状态自然起安全挡杆作用，数组门中任何一组门下滑都会被活动导轨阻挡，确保安全可靠。

2、门体在运行过程中如钢丝绳断裂下过梁上的自动安全卡轮将卡住门体。

3、电器控制系统有A,B两组，其中一套为备用控制。控制箱中设有过载、卸相和延时保护，同时门体和活动导轨开启时相互互锁，门体未全部开启到位或活动导轨没有恢复至垂直状态，门体将不能关闭。
