BSE Series Brakes are spring-engagedair-disengaged. Air is supplied to the cylinder through a flow cool valvethe shoulder boltspiston plate move togethercompress springs. Then the friction facing separates from the disc with hub the brake is disengaged. When air is exhausted, the springs push the piston plate, the friction facing contacts ith the disc with hub.
