工作原理:气液增压泵工作时,利用单气控两位四通阀来实现柱塞或活塞的快速自动往复运动,随着输出压力的增高后,泵的往复减慢直至停止,此时,泵输出的压力恒定,能量消耗为零,各部件停止运动,泵体气驱部分全部采用铝合金制造并氧化处理成黑颜色保证了产品的外型美观,进出液部分材质均选用不锈钢,适用水、油、乳化液等介质,泵的全套密封件均为优良产品,从而保证了泵的性能,很大驱动气压10bar,为了保证泵的寿命,建议使用气压3-8bar。压缩空气很大消耗量1.0立方/分钟,压力平衡后不再消耗压缩空气。
working principle:
