普通单一硬度吸盘，唇边和波纹管用一样的材料制作，你不得不在抓取力和机器处理速度两者间进行取舍。Piab提供了高效的自动化创新的piGRIP使得这一取舍问题成为历史。
piGRIP®软袋唇边
新的软袋唇边设计结合坚固的波纹管/主体使piGRIP®能够在软袋包装自动化中以的速度和加速度进行搬运。该唇边除了适合抓取包装干燥食品（如薯条）的普通塑料袋，还能够出色地抓取填装了液体或干/湿食品/材料的立式袋，因而成为避免软袋掉落及突破产能极限的解决方案。
经FDA认证的材料可以适用于食品工业。
与PVC等吸盘材料不同，piGRIP™可回收和可降解的材料为环保和可持续废料管理做出了贡献。
可以在高温条件下使用，如注入成型。材料不含硅和PWIS物质。
piGRIP®组件：
| 标准吸唇 (S) – for versatile use
– The green standard lip is suitable for relatively even surfaces on sealed materials. It has extra wear resistance.
– The blue standard lip is recommended if the surface is more uneven or rough, e.g. textured plastic parts. FDA approved material recommended for food handling. |
| 柔软吸唇 (FX) – with extra sealing capability
The flexible lips are suitable for surface leaking materials (wrinkled or textured) and porous materials, such as corrugated paper.Both the blue and yellow lips have FDA approved material and are recommended for food handling. |
| 软袋专用吸唇 (BG) – excellent for difficult bags and pouches
The bag lip is suitable for difficult bags such as pouches and heavy bags with e.g. liquids. The bag lip has FDA approved material and are recommended for food handling. |
| 海绵吸唇 (FLI) – for difficult to handle objects Suitable when conventional lips are not sealing enough. Can replace mechanical grippers. A lip holder excludes the need for glue, worn lips are easy replaced. |
| 波纹体 – when level compensation is needed Firm/stable bellows allows for high machine speeds. Low spring force with thin-wall design, makes it easy to compress and return, leading to faster evacuations and speeds. Extra high lifting force compared to conventional cups in the same size. The stiff bellows retains its shape even at deep vacuum levels. Available in FDA material. Recyclable. |
| 支撑 – the generic interface
A gateway between fittings and bellows or lips (for flat cups). Adds cleats with good wear resistance and friction to flat cups. Available in FDA material. Recyclable. |

Sizes varies from M5– ½” and both metric and imperial pipe threads. All fittings are possible to use for all configurations. Easy to upgrade/change. Mesh filter available if needed. |
| piGRIP® 扁平吸盘 (25–77mm)
Suitable for flat or slightly curved surfaces and when the lifting force is parallel to the object. Available in 4 different sizes and with 5 different lips to choose from for each size. Flat cups have good stability with inner cleats providing a good support. |
| piGRIP® 波纹吸盘 (25–77mm)
Bellows cups can handle objects with height differences and varying shapes. The internal level compensation is also useful to reduce the accuracy needed of the handling robot/machine. Available in 4 different sizes and with 5 different lips to choose from for each size. |
| piGRIP® 多折波纹吸盘 (25–77mm)
The multi bellows design offers extended level compensation and greater possibility to handle objects with height differences. The design also provides a light lifting movement to facilitate the separation of thin items. |
