RBYG3 series oil heating asphalt transport semi-trailer has two specifications, i.e. 35000L and 40000L. It is suitable for transporting asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, PMB solution and heavy fuel. The design standard is GB 18564-2001 and is in accordance with TIR Convention of International Road Transport. The dimension for the trailer is: L=12000mm~12800 mm，W=2495 mm，H=3850 mm, the rated capacity is 35000kg~40000 kg, the curb weight is 11050 kg~11950 kg and the gross mass is 46050 kg~51950 kg. The working pressure is 0.09Mpa and the working temperature is 250℃.
该车罐体采用高品质隔热保温外壳并配备柴油燃烧器烟道加热管，可以使用燃烧器或其他加热器喷火加热沥青。配备沥青溢流管、防冒液呼吸阀、防老化顶置充氮阀、温度计、容量计和输出沥青的快速卸料阀及接耦。车体采用加强型结构底梁，适合坑凹不平道路的行驶要求，车轴BPW 3轴，负荷13000 kg，轮胎11.00R20，刹车WABCO ABS，是公路中程沥青运输、安全理想的选择。
The tank body of the trailer adopts high quality heat-insulation shell and diesel burner flue heating pipe that can use burners or other heaters to heat the asphalt. It is equipped with asphalt return tube, anti-puffing pressure vent valve, anti-aging overhead nitrogen valve, thermometer, volumeter and output asphalt rapid discharge valve and coupling. The trailer body adopts reinforced type mudsill and is suitable for transportation on rugged road. With three BPW axles, 11.00R20 tyre, WABCO ABS brake and the load capacity of 13000 kg, the trailer is an ideal and safety choice for medium distance road transport of asphalt.
