分瓶螺杆的常用材质有三种：种，国产POM和进口POM材质，常用的为国产POM材质，优点是成本较低，特性是不易变形，自润滑性能高，不会划伤瓶子。进口POM特性属于国产POM加强版，但是成本较高，所以大多数人设计师在非必要情况下还是选择国产POM材质。

第二种，MC尼龙材质，成本与POM相差不大，常应用于冲击力较大需要耐冲击的环境，特性是耐冲击、耐刮擦，自润滑性能好，耐磨，有些朋友遇到分瓶螺杆经常断裂的情况下，可以尝试使用下MC尼龙的材质；

第三种，PE材质，PE的成本方面跟前面两种相差不大，分瓶螺杆行业里用的比较少，PE材质的特性就是耐磨，很多朋友反映分瓶螺杆由于磨损较严重需要经常更换，建议可以试用一下PE材质的分瓶螺杆。

The bottle screw industry is less used, and the PE material is the largest The characteristic is wear resistance. Many friends report that the bottle split screw needs to be replaced frequently due to severe wear. It is recommended to try the bottle split screw made of PE material.
